Education & Training: SMARTT Veterans CIC is a veteran-led organisation based in the North East of England. Our mission is to support UK veterans of all ages—and their families—as they transition from military to civilian life. Our leadership includes lived experience of military service, transition, and the challenges that can arise post-discharge.
Leaving the Armed Forces can be the beginning of an exciting new chapter, but finding your way into civilian employment is not always straightforward.
